How long does it take for my order to arrive and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping time is the sum of the product processing time plus the delivery time by the carrier.

Order processing time may vary between 1 and 3 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We do not ship orders during weekends or holidays.

Shipments to Portugal (Continental and Islands) and the rest of the European Continent are operated by the carrier GLS. Delivery time for Portugal (Continental and Islands) is 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery time to other countries on the European continent is up to 2 working days after dispatch.

Shipments to countries on other continents are operated by CTT and delivery time is 5 to 8 working days after shipment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the size of the rack you order.

Delivery methods and times may change. The dates shown are merely indicative. Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekdays. Someone must be at the address indicated to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or booking options, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from the carrier. We do not guarantee this period during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and out of stock.

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment methods are available?

RacksCo. offers the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Multibanco, MB Way, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do credit card payments work?

To pay by credit card, simply select the credit card payment method at checkout. A window will then open to enter your card details. The RacksCo online store. will not store your credit card details. We will only receive a payment confirmation from your bank.

How do PayPal payments work?

To pay with PayPal, simply select the PayPal payment method at checkout. Then, a window will open to enter your Paypal account details. RacksCo. will never have access to your private information. We only receive a payment confirmation, in the online store system, from your PayPal account.

How do payments with MB WAY work?

To pay with MB Way, simply select the MB Way payment method at checkout. After completing the checkout process, you will receive MB Way contact information to which you must send the total amount of the order.

We will receive payment information through the MB Way application.

How do Multibanco payments work?

If you are in Portugal, you can choose to pay for your order through Multibanco Entity and Reference.

When selecting this method you have up to 2 days (48H) to complete the payment. Once you do this, the order will be processed. Payment is communicated automatically, so it is not necessary to send proof.

Is it safe to buy from RacksCo?

Yes, the RacksCo website. assumes a responsibility commitment to you, protecting your personal data based on encryption of data transmission through secure HTTP.

On the other hand, we do not store your credit card or PayPal account details. This way, we only have access to information provided by the payment method you used, whether or not the payment has been confirmed. RacksCo. is compliant and backed by Shopify's security guarantee.

In what currency can I make my payment?

All orders are placed in Euro (€), with payment processed in this currency.

Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be determined automatically by your Bank/PayPal and not by RacksCo.

I am having difficulties with a payment. What should I do?

If you are unable to make your payment, you should check whether you are correctly entering the details of the payment method you are using. If you have already confirmed that everything is correct but are unable to proceed with the payment, contact us by email at info@racksco.com .

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Can I return/exchange a product purchased from RacksCo?

You have 15 days to exchange or return a product. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused and undamaged.

To make an exchange/return request, you must:

  • Send an email to info@racksco.com informing that you intend to exchange/return the product and the reason for this. In the case of an exchange, you must indicate which product you wish to receive.
  • Send the product to the following address:

When the return is received, we carry out quality control and return the money using the same payment method you used. In the case of an exchange for a product of lower value, the difference will be refunded using the same payment method you used. In the case of an exchange for a product of higher value, you will receive an email with payment details for the difference in value. The cost of the second shipment will be borne by the customer in accordance with the shipping price table in force on the website.

When and how will I receive my refund?

When the return is received, we carry out quality control and return the money using the same payment method you used. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement depends on your bank. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at info@racksco.com .

Do I have any costs when returning a product?

Our returns are free, however, the cost of sending the product back to RacksCo. will be borne by the customer. Send the product you wish to return to:
